Two stones, one form. The Form Duo Pendant brings together a pair of hand-selected gemstones within a single sculptural setting — each stone distinct, the two inseparable.

Cast in satin-finish 18-karat yellow gold, the pendant's fluid curves cradle a round blue sapphire and an old mine-cut diamond, chosen for their complementary character and natural beauty. The gold form follows both stones, creating a sense of balance and quiet tension between two distinct presences. Finished with a removable Atha clasp, the pendant clips seamlessly onto our chains or the Atha Necklace.

Handmade in New York City, each piece is cast in 18-karat gold and set with hand-selected gemstones (unless otherwise specified). Designed by Jade Ruzzo with an emphasis on sculptural lines, quiet strength, and heirloom quality.

All stones are hand-selected and will vary naturally in color and striation, underscoring the individuality of each piece.

Most pieces are made to order. Production lead times are:

• Existing collection: 6–8 weeks
• Custom design: 12–16 weeks minimum
• Repairs: 6–12 weeks

In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday–Thursday via FedEx 2-Day with signature required. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates and may vary.
