All of our rings fit true to North American sizing. For the most accurate fit, we recommend being sized in person at a local jeweler. If you’re purchasing a wider band, be sure to use a wide band ring sizer for the most reliable measurement. For thinner bands we suggest this at home sizer. We offer whole, half, and quarter sizes.

For bracelets, our standard size is approximately 6.5" in length. To find your ideal fit, measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape and add about ½ inch for comfort. Our bangles are available in three sizes: Small (6"), Medium (6.5"), and Large (7").

Handmade in New York City, each Jade Ruzzo design is crafted as a modern heirloom. With mindful care, it will endure — carrying quiet sentiment and strength for generations.

EVERYDAY CARE

• After wearing, gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove oils, lotions, or perspiration.
• Always apply cosmetics, perfume, and lotion before you put on your jewelry — never after.
• Store each piece in its original pouch or a softly lined, separated compartment to prevent scratching.
• Avoid wearing jewelry during physical activity, swimming, showering, gardening, or household chores — chlorine, heat, and impact can damage stones and metal

CLEANING GUIDELINES

• For most 18-karat gold jewelry and diamonds, the safest method is warm water with a drop of mild dish soap and a very soft-bristled brush.
• Rinse thoroughly and blot dry with a lint-free cloth.
• Gemstone jewelry should always be cleaned gently with the same soap-and-water method. Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaning, as many gemstones are sensitive to heat and vibration.
• Pearls, opals, and other softer stones should never be submerged in harsh solutions. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth, and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals.

MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS

• Have your jewelry professionally inspected and cleaned at least once a year. A jeweler can check prongs, clasps, and settings for security.
• If you ever feel or hear a stone shift, or see signs of damage, stop wearing the piece and return it for repair.
• Keep certificates or gemstone reports stored safely and separately from the jewelry itself.

CAN MY ORDER BE EXPEDITED?
We understand that sometimes, you may need or want a piece sooner than the above lead times. If this is the case, you can email us and request a rush production. If we are able to accommodate the rush, a rush fee will be applied and we will specify details of expedited timeline with you directly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship Monday-Thurday via FedEx 2-day signature required delivery. In-stock pieces will ship within 2-3 business days. Out of stock pieces are made to order and require 6-8 week lead time unless otherwise specified in the above lead time chart. We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays. Although we may provide delivery or shipment dates, you understand that they are good-faith estimates and may be subject to variation or change.
