Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Thursday via FedEx Express or UPS Express, with an adult signature required for all deliveries. In-stock pieces ship within two to three business days, while made-to-order designs require a lead time of six to eight weeks unless otherwise noted in our lead time chart. Customized or specially made-to-order pieces may take eight to twelve weeks. Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. federal holidays, and delivery dates are provided as good-faith estimates that may be subject to change.

Domestic shipping is a flat fee of $50, which includes full insurance. Jade Ruzzo is not liable for fees or delivery exceptions once an order has shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders ship Monday through Thursday via FedEx Express or DHL Express, with an adult signature required. In-stock pieces ship within two to three business days. Made-to-order designs require six to eight weeks unless otherwise noted, and customized or specially made-to-order pieces may take eight to twelve weeks.

International shipping is a flat fee of $150, which includes full insurance. We are able to ship to most countries, though we encourage you to contact us with specific inquiries. Please note that all international orders are subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected upon delivery. Jade Ruzzo is not responsible for any international shipping costs, import taxes, or delivery exceptions once the order has shipped.
